Who We Are
A New Testament Local Church
We meet as a New Testament local church in accordance with the words written in Acts chapter 2 verse 42:
"And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers."
Our Vision
To Win Souls and Nurture Them
Our vision is to win souls for Christ and nurture them in accordance with the words spoken by LORD Jesus Christ in Matthew's Gospel chapter 28 verses 19-20:
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
Why Berea?
The Importance of the Word
The inspiration for the name of the assembly came from the scriptures signifying the importance of the WORD of GOD in the New Testament times.
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
The believers at Berea are commended in Acts 17:10–13. When Paul and Silas came to them, they received the word with all eagerness and examined the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so — and many of them believed.
"Now these Jews were more noble than those in Thessalonica; they received the word with all eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so."
Since 2020
We are meeting in the Singasandra area since 19th September 2020, with a vision to extend the LORD's work till Begur, Kasavanahalli, Electronic city and Chandapura.
